Coach Abbey

Leader with Heart | Competition Enthusiast | Big Kid at Heart Abbey is the founder, owner, and driving force behind Unite. A passionate coach and natural community builder, she’s dedicated to creating a space where people are supported, challenged, and celebrated every step of the way. She loves seeing members step outside their comfort zones, whether that’s trying something new, lifting heavier, or taking part in their first competition. For Abbey, that’s where the magic happens. Her vision led to the creation of Tiny Gym, because she believes no one should have to choose between training and life’s other demands. And while she coaches with clarity and purpose, she’s also the first to bring the fun the biggest kid at heart, always ready to laugh, play, and remind everyone that movement should feel good.

Coach Rob

Head Coach |The Backbone of Unite | Gymnastics Guru | Member-Focused Always Rob isn’t just our Head Coach he’s the heartbeat of Unite. With years of experience and a deep passion for coaching, Rob has helped shape the standard of what Unite stands for: quality, connection, and care. He’s the goto when it comes to gymnastics and bodyweight movement, with a knack for helping members master the fundamentals, develop real skill, and move with purpose. Whether it’s your first pull-up or your hundredth handstand attempt, Rob’s patient guidance and technical eye make the process feel possible. But what truly sets Rob apart is his commitment to our community. He genuinely cares about each person who walks through our doors knowing their names, their goals, their wins, and their struggles. He’s there with a coaching cue, a supportive word, or just a solid high-five when you need it most. Rob is the structure, the standard, and the support behind everything we do and Unite wouldn’t be Unite without him.

Coach Gregg

Junior Coach |Small Group Coaching | Leader of Unite Kids Gregg is a key part of what makes Unite tick. With a calm, supportive coaching style and a deep belief in helping people move better and feel stronger, Gregg plays a big role in delivering our Small Group Personal Training sessions. He brings attention to detail, patience, and a clear commitment to helping every member feel confident and capable — no matter their starting point. Outside of adult coaching, Gregg leads our Unite Kids program, where his energy and creativity shine. He creates a fun, safe, and structured space for children to build coordination, confidence, and a love for movement setting the foundation for a healthy relationship with fitness early on. Whether you’re an adult learning to lift or a kid just starting to move, Gregg creates an environment that’s all about growth, fun, and feeling your best.

Coach Robyn

Junior Coach|Pre and Post Natal Robyn specialises in women's health, with a strong focus on pre and postnatal coaching. As a mum of 3, she brings a personal touch and understanding to her training, making members feel seen and supported through their fitness journeys. Robyn can relate to the challenges and triumphs of motherhood, offering tailored advice that resonates with her members. Robyn loves an overhead press, cinnamon buns and girly weekends away.
