UNITE KIDS

Strong Bodies. Confident Kids. Lifelong Habits.

Unite Kids is where children learn to move well, feel confident in their bodies and build healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Our sessions are fun, structured and coach led, focusing on strength, coordination, teamwork and resilience in a safe, positive environment. Every child is supported at their own level, whether they are brand new to sport or already active.

At Unite, we believe confidence is built through movement. We teach children how to run, jump, lift, climb and play properly, while learning discipline, respect and teamwork along the way.

Unite Kids is not about comparison or pressure. It is about helping every child feel capable, strong and proud of what their body can do.

More Than Fitness. A National Movement.
Unite Kids supports Sport England’s Let’s Move and Uniting the Movement initiatives through confident, joyful gym-based sessions.

Unite Kids & Unite Teens.

Confidence Built Through Movement. Inside a Real Gym.
Fun, structured training for children and teens aged 6–15, delivered inside our professional training gym.
Real coaching. Real equipment. Real confidence.

At Unite, we help children and teens grow strong, confident and capable through movement. Our youth programmes are delivered inside our fully equipped gym, not in school halls, giving young people access to a professional training environment from the very beginning.

Every session is fully coached, structured and designed to balance fun, safety and progression.

WHY TRAIN IN THE GYM?

Unlike school-based clubs, all sessions take place inside the Unite gym. This allows children to:

  • Learn correct movement from the start

  • Build confidence using real equipment

  • Experience purposeful training

  • Progress safely as they grow

  • Feel proud of training in a professional environment

It is a setting that builds confidence, independence and pride.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions take place on Wednesday inside Unite training gym, not in a school hall. This gives children access to real equipment, professional coaching and a true sense of progression in a safe environment.

Is it safe for children to train in a gym?

Yes. Every session is fully coached by experienced professionals. All movements are carefully scaled to age and ability, with strict coaching standards and constant supervision.

Will my child be lifting weights?

Only age-appropriate resistance is used and only once correct movement is mastered. The focus is always on technique, control and long-term physical development.

What if my child is not sporty?

Unite Kids and Teens is designed for all abilities, not just athletic children. Confidence, coordination and enjoyment are just as important as performance.

How are children grouped?

By age and developmental stage to ensure every child trains with others at a similar level.

How is progress measured?

Progress is tracked through:

  • Movement quality

  • Strength and coordination

  • Confidence and mindset

  • Teamwork and engagement

Milestones are personal to each child and never based on comparison.

What should my child bring?
